how do i take a normal pic and do thatMyspace...pictures.....change colors?
Okay first you're gonna need a paint shop pro program or something similar to modify the pic. You go to effects on the toolbar of that program and look for that psychadelic rainbowy effect. If you want it to switch between two different pics, youre gonna have to turn it into a gif. fileMyspace...pictures.....change colors?
