How would I go about making a short video of changing still JPEG pictures set to music (like you sometimes see on YouTube). Never attempted it, but I have an idea in mind and have no idea where to begin... can you give me some pointers? Any special software required?How do I make a changing picture video set to recorded music...?
Use windows movie maker and just import the pictures and the audio into the program.
Then at the bottom change the bar from storyboard to timeline (drop down menu on the left, near the bottom) drag the pictures onto timeline. Then you just drag out the length of time u want each picture to be on screen for
