there are different profiles you can have on your computer. each user has a name and a profile picture and a password. I go to control panel and click on user accounts and go to Change Profile Picture. But every time I click on any picture ( even the default pictures) and click Change Picture, a box pops up that says ';Permission Denied';. I don't understand why it does this. This only happens on my user account. You can change the picture on other accounts but not mine. I am even the Administrator user on the computer. On Winz you need Admin or SuperUser access to wipe your b*m...

If you are using corel draw then open your picture in corel trace set the picture as fine as you want. Click done another window will open tracing your picture, copy all take it to corel draw. Now you can change the colors and size shape of the picture the way you want because its vector now.

i click ';change picture'; then ';browse';
when i click browse my whole msn stops working
like i can't click on it or anything...
i try to exit that window but it wont let me click on anything regarding to msn.

Other image editing applications may need some special twist, but Photoshop has no problems, other than with TIFF, but it gives the obvious dialog box asking you to choose Mac or PC byte order, so... PC is what a PC needs. Generally, you don't give PC folks a TIFF image anyway, since without Photoshop, they don't know what to do with it.
