Oh, thats called a gif (graphics interlaced format). It rapidly switches between pictures, almost like a mini cartoon if it does it fast enough. to make that, you need a gif maker program, I suggest Active Gif Creator, which can be downloaded for free from freedownloadscenter.com. You just lay the pictures in the order you want, adjust the speed at which they change then save, and then host on myspace. I hope it works for you!
i've used photoshop to do that. you can animate an image using different layers. you should be able to find instructions on how to animate it and save it for the web under the help button in photoshop. i made a really cool image for a friend using the animation once.
