How can you take a picture, change the background to one color, but keep the person the same?

I have a picture of me. I want everything about me to be one color, but i would like my background to be just one color. Like, black.How can you take a picture, change the background to one color, but keep the person the same?

just extract yourself from the picture using the extract filter and paste it on a black background.

post a link to the picture and i will do it for you
Do it in Paint, you should be able to color the background only.

Um.. cut the person out with Photoshop? I learnt it in VCD class ;p
