How to change pictures from BMP to GIF, JPG or PNG?

If u have XP Or 2000, you can do it with paint.

#1. Open the pic. in windows image and fax viewer.



#2. Click on the Edit button On the extreme bottom corner,



#3. (Shud Open Paint, with pic.) Now Go to File-%26gt;Save As-%26gt; Choose your file name-%26gt; Below it you'll find a bunch of extencion you can convert it.

There is a dropdown box under the filename space that will be visible when you choose the save as option, the options are located within it.
If you are using Windows, then you go to-%26gt;Start-%26gt;All Programs-%26gt;Accessories-%26gt;Paint File-%26gt;Open(select your picture)-%26gt;File-%26gt;Save As...-%26gt;click drop down box and select picture format, name, and then click Save.
Did you do it in Paint? If so, click on ';File';, then on ';Save As'; or ';Export';, it depends which version you use. Or just save it somewhere and rename it to gif.
