to change the program's interval, you will need to edit the registry



goto Start - Run, and enter regedit

then goto HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Win?br>
Edit - New - DWORD , and name it Timeout

Right click on it, and select Modify, and give a value for the slideshow interval in millisecond. (seconds X 1000 = milliseconds)

Select the base as Decimal

or course, you could try a different program. i like ACDSee, although it's not free. (i got it with a cheap digital camera)
