Click on your image. Above it you will see edit images. Hold your mouse over it and a scroll down will appear... select resize. When that window opens, select the album your image is in then click on it.
Another window will appear with your current image size and dimensions... change the dimensions or select one of the presets offered.
That should do it.
Be careful with setting your sizes... you could compress or stretch your image by doing it inproportionately.
