How do I allow a group member to change the pictures on group home page?

I would like one of my moderators to be able to change the pictures on our group home page periodically. Right now I cannot locate any place that will allow me to allow that.How do I allow a group member to change the pictures on group home page?
Go into the Member list for your group and then into the moderator list. Click the edit membership for the person you want to change. Under Moderator Privileges, check the box for Change group settings and save your changes.How do I allow a group member to change the pictures on group home page?
I think they have to have the password to be able to get access to make any permanent changes.
