When making a youtube video....how do you make the pictures change colors?

i have been trying to figure out how to do it but i cant figure it out! i wanna make my pictures on my youtube videos change colors....When making a youtube video....how do you make the pictures change colors?
If you use windows -which may be possible- click on start-%26gt;All Programs-%26gt;Windows movie maker. Then ';Import'; everything you need under there there's a section that should say ';Titles and effects'; or something like that.it should be there..';effects'; keep checking :]

but if your talkinq about flashinq pictures ; like a PICTUREE ;

the go to lunapic.com and go to effects %26amp; animation and then youll find it in there ;

It's all in the crayons that you use!!!!!!!!!
If your talking about changing the colours on movie maker before you upload it on youtube, then click on the menu in movie maker and click video effects the option (hue, cycles entire color spectrum)

should be there
