Okay well these people dont know anything about bebo or msn so dont listen to them..... your msn picture is a square so just make sure that the height of your picture is the same width and it'll fit in or bebo its different not too sure how to make it fit perfectly :P
Open your account in ';Bebo';, add a photo, choose it , ';crop'; it by using the mouse, than upload it.
