How do you change your profile picture for the user account on the computer?

there are different profiles you can have on your computer. each user has a name and a profile picture and a password. I go to control panel and click on user accounts and go to Change Profile Picture. But every time I click on any picture ( even the default pictures) and click Change Picture, a box pops up that says ';Permission Denied';. I don't understand why it does this. This only happens on my user account. You can change the picture on other accounts but not mine. I am even the Administrator user on the computer. Can someone please help me?How do you change your profile picture for the user account on the computer?
On Winz you need Admin or SuperUser access to wipe your b*m...

You will have to ask your parent to do it for you.

Or, if you meant that YOU (yourself, while logged in in this [problematic] account) can do it to other users than something in Winz is corrupt.
