My solution would be to use Photoshop to create each frame (image for each colour) and importing them into Flash and saving them as an animated .gif



Off hand I cannot think of any free alternatives.

you simply download an animation maker.

but sometimes those cost i don't know any ones that are free but try going to blibs.com
there's some free adobe photoshop programs that let u do simple stuff

maybe ur computer has an hp or kodak software thatll do it?
