How come my avatar didn't change?

Okay so I went to my profile window and chose ';change picture.'; I uploaded my picture and everything. But how come my avatar didn't change from that? How do you change your avatar then?

Try it again, and again and again... It's a bit like Facebook. A bit slow and messes up a lot. This happens to me sometimes. Your avatar doesn't change straight away, you have to do it again. Annoying, I know.How come my avatar didn't change?
did you hit ';save changes';? that was probably it.
Did you go to ';edit profile'; on your profile page and choose the middle option?
