As soon as you go to your yahoo profile near your picture you should see button that says upload. Click that and you should on your way.How to change picture on yahoo messenger?
go to yahoo avatar
once messenger comes up and you've signed in click on messenger then scroll to display click on it and pics will appear or you can click on browse and pick a photo from your PC. upload it and pick it as your display picture.
