The easiest way would be to change the ext., or open the pic. and save as.
Use a software like IrfanView.
Start%26gt;Run%26gt;mspaint %26lt;-|

Now open the BMP format image here...



Now, File%26gt;Save As%26gt;

In the drop down box saying File Types, click %26amp; scroll down to select JPEG, JPE...

Now click SAVE.. and you have your BMP file in JPG format...
