On xbox live, people have pictures that are not on the personal profile page on xbox live, or on your xbox when you go to the setting 'change picture'. how do you get your own custom picture?Xbox live - how to change your picture?

To change your picture, go to 'edit profile'- 'gamer picture' and you will see all of the ones you've downloaded listed. The 360 comes pre-loaded with a few free pictures also.

How do u make your pictures change from 1 to another?
On myspace i seen the pictures
that are like slide shows
but you can set them as you default
where do you go to do that ?

Give us more details about the format of the picture (PICT, TIFF, PSD, PDF, JPEG, BMP, PNG?). Do you use Photoshop on the PC? Other image editing applications may need some special twist, but Photoshop has no problems, other than with TIFF, but it gives the obvious dialog box asking you to choose Mac or PC byte order, so... PC is what a PC needs. Generally, you don't give PC folks a TIFF image anyway, since without Photoshop, they don't know what to do with it.

Go to your profile, click ';edit my info';, set up a 360掳 page, load up a pic (it has to be a .jpg, preferrably 48x48 pixels), mark ';set as primary';, save it and you're done! If you don't know how to resize a pic, don't worry, Yahoo will still show it in an appropiate size.
Note: Yahoo plans on merging the Yahoo profile, the 360掳 pages and Mash into just one service this spring and they announced that some features on the profiles and the 360掳 pages may not work properly sometimes.
