How do i get my avetar on my picture it wont work!?

i click on the change picture and i click on avater and i dont no what to do next??!!! HELP!How do i get my avetar on my picture it wont work!?

Once one is made make sure you have clicked to save it.

Go to your YA profile %26amp; click the box to use your avatar

Scroll to the bottom of the page %26amp; click ';preview';

Bottom of the next page click ';OK';.How do i get my avetar on my picture it wont work!?
