How do you adjust Facebook profile thumbnail?

Drag your mouse over your profile on your main page. You should see ';Change Picture'; appear in the upper right hand corner. Next to that is a pencil...click on the pencil and you will see ';Edit Thumbnail'; click on that and you will have the option to drag your profile photo into the thumbnail window.How do you adjust Facebook profile thumbnail?
